Summit Estates

Summit Estates is a 22 acre parcel that features stunning panoramic views in a high-end enclave of southwestern Escondido. The parcel is being subdivided into 20 estate lots by McNamara Ventures and Unison Communities.

Center & Church Apartments

Center and Church Apartments is a 43-unit apartment complex in the booming 3rd Avenue corridor of western Chula Vista. McNamara Ventures optioned the land before the influx of breweries, coffee shops, and new restaurants opened in the neighborhood.

Escondido Estates

Escondido Estates is a 10 acre parcel that is currently being subdivided into 20 residential lots. McNamara Ventures and Unison Communities are partners in the development of the land, which is located a short distance from the downtown Escondido urban core.

The Guild

The Guild on 30th are 15 townhomes in Golden Hill, which feature rooftop decks and views of the ocean, bay, and downtown skyline. The award-winning development targeted the "missing middle" of homes targeted to middle class incomes. The development sold out in 2018 and has helped catalyze other infill developments in the neighborhood.

Keegan McNamara, Principal

Keegan has a track record of investing and developing in up-and-coming neighborhoods, where his projects are a catalyst for change.

This is a reflection of his personal values, and the values of his companies: to improve lives.

Keegan currently sits on the Board of Directors of Barrio Logan College Institute, and Rise Up Industries, two non-profits that are making a measurable difference in San Diego.

He is also on the Alumni Board of Directors of UC San Diego’s Rady School of Management.

Keegan is also the Principal of MV Properties, Inc., a residential property management firm, and Folio Real Estate Group, a brokerage firm based in Del Mar, CA.

He received his MBA in Finance from UCSD’s Rady School of Management, and undergraduate degrees in Economics and English, with honors, from Occidental College. He is active in the Urban Land Institute and Alpha Lambda International, the Land Economics Society.

Giving Back

Keegan McNamara is honored to serve on the Board of two non-profits that are making a tremendous impact on the lives of San Diegans.

Barrio Logan College Institute has sent 100% of its students to college. Rise Up Industries provides integrated re-entry and employment training to formerly incarcerated gang members.

Keegan also serves on the Board of Directors of the Rady Alumni Association at UCSD. Keegan received his MBA in Finance from UCSD and continues to support the entrepreneurs and alumni of the Rady School of Management at UCSD.
